Cloud Tools (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in “AUTOPOST,” an automatic posting service for Threads.
「Article 1 Scope」
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of AUTOPOST. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Threads version of AUTOPOST.
「Article 2 Information We Collect」
We may collect or store the following information to the extent necessary to provide AUTOPOST.
- Threads account identifiers, username, display name, and other information required to connect with Threads
- Access tokens and other authentication information used with the Threads API
- Posting days, posting times, random-post settings, and post text configured by the user
- Input text and generated text when the AI rewriting feature is used
- Identifiers and records required for AUTOPOST usage, authentication, saving, posting, errors, and other processing
- Subscription status and other information required to manage contracts and payments through Stripe
Payment information such as credit card numbers is handled by Stripe, the payment service provider, and is generally not stored directly by us.
「Article 3 Purposes of Use」
We use collected information for the following purposes.
- To connect Threads accounts and maintain the user’s operation session
- To automatically post to Threads based on the days, times, and post content specified by the user
- To provide post rewriting and other AUTOPOST features
- To retain settings saved by the user and restore them on the next use
- To manage billing, free trials, cancellations, and other contract matters
- To prevent abuse, respond to failures, maintain security, and operate AUTOPOST properly
- To respond to user inquiries
- To take actions required by law or the Terms of Use
「Article 4 Post Content and AI Processing」
Post text entered by users is processed to provide automatic posting to Threads and other AUTOPOST features.
When the AI rewriting feature is used, post text is used for text-generation processing by Cloudflare Workers AI.
We do not sell user post content for advertising purposes or use it for purposes unrelated to providing AUTOPOST.
「Article 5 External Services」
AUTOPOST uses Threads and Meta, Cloudflare, Stripe, and other external services to provide the Service.
Information required for account connection, authentication, and posting is sent to Threads and Meta.
Cloudflare may process information required for AUTOPOST delivery, data storage, processing, queues, AI text generation, and other service functions.
Stripe may process information required for payments and subscription management.
Each external service’s own terms and privacy policy apply to its handling of information.
「Article 6 Disclosure to Third Parties」
We do not provide users’ personal information to third parties except where required by law, with the user’s consent, or when processing is entrusted to an external service necessary to provide AUTOPOST.
「Article 7 Storage and Deletion」
We retain user information for the period necessary for providing AUTOPOST, subscription management, incident response, abuse prevention, and the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
When information is no longer required because use of AUTOPOST has ended, the Threads connection has been changed or removed, or for another reason, we will delete it or stop using it within a reasonable scope, except for information that must be retained for legal or operational reasons.
「Article 8 Security」
We take reasonable security measures in operating AUTOPOST to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, loss, and other incidents involving user information.
Threads access tokens and other important authentication information are protected and handled only to the extent necessary for AUTOPOST processing.
「Article 9 Information Stored in Browsers and Apps」
AUTOPOST may use cookies, Local Storage, and similar browser or in-app storage functions to maintain connection status, display settings, and other functions.
This information is used to provide AUTOPOST features, maintain authentication status, and retain user settings.
「Article 10 Access, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion」
If a user requests access to, correction of, suspension of use of, deletion of, or similar action regarding personal information we hold, we will verify the user’s identity and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Requests and inquiries regarding this Privacy Policy are accepted through the contact point displayed in AUTOPOST.
「Article 11 Changes to this Privacy Policy」
We may change this Privacy Policy as necessary due to changes in law, changes to AUTOPOST, or other reasons.
If we make an important change, we will notify users by posting it in AUTOPOST or by another appropriate method.

Japanese law applies to this Privacy Policy and the handling of user information in AUTOPOST.
